I offer a very limited number of 1-on-1, in-person intensives each year. You’ll spend an entire 2 days with me focused 110% percent on YOU and YOUR intentions, projects,and goals. I help creative people unfold the miracle of their personal, spiritual and business lives and embracing their magnificence . In a very luxurious, peaceful and comfortable setting.
Together we will remove and burst through the blocks that are holding you back. With practical and powerful in depth processes, planning and visual tools that create momentum in your business, your life and relationships. What To Expect
We’ll work together from 10 am to 4 pm in my beautiful hotel suite at the Ritz-Carlton, in Half Moon Bay, California. Each day will include tailor made strategy session, and transformative work, mirror work, spiritual treatments as well as deep nourishment for your heart, body and soul: walks along the beach, ocean side meditation,( literally, in the sand right along side of the ocean) prayer, fire pit releasing ritual, private yoga session or belly dancing lesson, a catered lunch break, and restorative naps as needed. Your retreat is designed especially for you. * For after-hours self-care & restoration, the hotel can connect you with the wonderful resources: Full service day spa, with stress-melting therapeutic massage, pool, gym, horse back riding, golfing, surfing, segway tours, tennis, bird watching, fire pit lounging.
Where to Stay
You can stay at the Ritz Carlton or there are some nice Bed & Breakfast in the area like The Old Thyme Inn or you can search on-line at Bed & Breakfast. com . You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, airfare and hotel fees.
Meals
Light healthy snack’s & Lunch are included with your retreat. If you have specific dietary preferences, or food allergies, please let me know at the time of your booking.
Dinner you are free to eat where you wish. There are several restaurants in the hotel & a casual ocean lounge, wine, cheese and chocolate tasting and room service. Also, a wide variety of restaurants in the city, ranging from small, casual ocean front restaurant, to fine dining. Let me know your preferences ahead of time, and I can make recommendations.
What to Bring
Comfortable, casual clothing. Walking shoes. Work-out clothing ( for yoga or belly dancing) Layered clothing. A swimsuit, if you want to take advantage of the hotel pool. A journal, notebook, and your favorite pen. And most importantly – your loving, open, playful spirit.

Getting Here
Half moon Bay is a small oceanside city on the west coast of California. You will want to fly into San Fransico Airport its approximatly 30minutes away from Half Moon Bay. You can rent a car from the airport or have a taxi drive you to the Hotel. The ride up is beautiful, and takes about an half hour.

We will also add you to our complimentary newsletter ) Payment is due on registration and is fully refundable, minus a $250.00 administrative fee, up to 90 days prior to your retreat. After that, your retreat fee is non-refundable.
